Who can order on this website?

This website is meant for retailers that are interested in purchasing products at wholesale pricing. Please contact us through the customer service area if you have any questions or if you would like more information on becoming a retailer.

Regular retail prices show up on this website until you have been given permissions to view the wholesale pricing. Please enter a new customer service case if you would like to get wholesale access and provide us with your user name, your store name, whether it is online or brick and mortar (or both), where you are located, what other products you carry or plan to carry, how long you have been open and what product lines you are interested in.
Any orders placed on this site at regular retail pricing will not be filled as this is a wholesale site only and is only for informational purposes.

How do I apply to become a retailer?

Simply contact us via submitting a case in the customer service section.

Please include the name of your business, whether it is brick & mortar, online or both, what other products you are currently selling and what product lines you are interesting in from TOT Wearhouse.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with the information that you need to get started!

Please note that we do not allow co-ops of any kind nor do we allow selling of our products on auction sites like ebay (unless they are starting at the msrp)

Why should I retail products from TOT Wearhouse?

We aim to have many product lines in one place for easy ordering and to save you on having products shipping from several locations!

We have secure online ordering so that you can order whenever is convenient for you. We have low minimum orders and offer *emergency* dropshipping if you need it. Instock orders will generally ship out within a couple of business days. Orders containing BerryPlush or other preordered items will usually ship within 2 weeks unless otherwise notified.

We also have a TOT Wearhouse wholesale newsletter that we use to keep you updated as to any changes or new additions to TOT Wearhouse.

Retailers Locator - Please check and keep us updated on any additions/changes!

TOT Wearhouse has a listing of all of the retailers that have purchased products from TOT Wearhouse in the last 6 months--we usually update this list every couple of months. Please check it out at http://www.totwearhouse.com and be sure that you are listed and that all of the information and products that you carry are listed correctly.

It is your responsibility to update us when you add product lines or drop product lines so that we can keep the listing as accurate as possible.

Please check these lists periodically to make sure that the correct products are listed for your store so that we don't send customers on wild goose chases!

Do not hesitate to contact Holly via the customer service case system with any changes that need to be made so that we can keep it as accurate as possible! We do batch updates every couple of months so we will do your updates at the next batch update time.

All retailers can send Holly a static banner (either send a link to one via a customer service case or email it to me at sales@totwearhouse.com) that is up to a maximum of 468x80 and 200kb and I can add that to your listing. (It will go on the page for your listing that comes up when you click on more info).

You may also send in a static banner/logo that is exactly 125x125 and no larger than 200kb and that will link to your online store if you want to have that.

Do you offer dropshipping?

No, we do not currently offer dropshipping on orders under $200.00USD as a rule at this time but we may offer it in the future.

We expect that our retailers carry stock however we will try to accommodate you should you oversell an item occasionally and we have it instock ready to ship. There is a $5.00 processing fee should this occur.
